“An aspiring make-up artist has embraced her feeding tube by glamming it up to create unique looks.”
Emily Jones found out she had Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome Type 3 at 15. The connective tissue disease affects the joints, organs, and skin. The condition made it difficult for Emily to eat causing her to have a permanent feeding tube. Through the power of makeup, she was able to embrace this change and come out of her shell.
Seeing her talent for makeup, her boyfriend Jack encouraged her to make YouTube videos. She now uses her huge following social media following to shows off her talent for makeup while raising awareness and visibility for Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome.
